Matthew Simpkins

Matthew Simpkins is a seasoned professional in property development and management, currently serving as Development Manager at Cosgrove Group since March 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Senior Project Manager at Cerno Group and Project Manager at Johnstaff Projects, where significant contributions were made to health sector developments. Additional experience includes leading roles in masterplanned community projects at Levitt Bernstein and LDA Design, as well as landscape architecture work at Arcadia and Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects. Matthew is also a founder of The Misters Cycle Company and engaged in photography for 4Q Magazine. Matthew holds a Master's in Property, Built Environment from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from the University of Canberra.
