Juan Carlos Santiago

Juan Carlos Santiago has worked in the IT field since 2012, beginning with their role as IT Systems Manager at Lake Avenue Church. In 2014, they took on the role of Network Engineer at DIRECTV (OpenSky), followed by a similar role at VALLARTA SUPERMARKETS, VSI in 2015. In 2016, they joined Marvel Studios as a Network Engineer, and then worked as a Producer at Grenade Tree Games from 2013-2018. Currently, they are employed as a Sr. Network Engineer at Cosm, a position they have held since 2022.

Juan Carlos Santiago began their educational journey in 1999, when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology from Mt Sierra College. Juan Carlos then attended the Game Developers Conference from 2002 to 2007 to study Project Management, Business, and Game Design. In 2010, they obtained a Competent Communicator certification from ToastMasters in Public Speaking. In 2021, they attended Cypress College to study Ethical Hacking, and obtained certifications from CompTIA, AWS, and Cisco in Security+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS), respectively.
