Raffi Balian

Raffi Balian has worked in the cosmetics industry since 1999. Raffi began their career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Scientist, then moved up to become a Group Leader, Manager, Senior Scientist II, and Senior Scientist. In 2018, they joined JAFRA Cosmetics International as Director of Research Development. In 2019, they moved to Cosmetic Group USA as VP R&D Operations.

Raffi Balian obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Biology from Hofstra University between 1996 and 2000.
