Matt Unger

Matt Unger is an accomplished professional in the skin care and beauty industry, currently serving as President and Chief Commercial Officer at Cosmetic Solutions Innovation Labs since November 2023. Previously held prominent roles at KDC, including Head of Business Development for Global Brand Owners and Head of Global Brands, where significant advancements were made in innovation and market development. Unger also spent over 17 years at Procter & Gamble, leading various teams in external manufacturing and package development, achieving notable cost savings and award-winning packaging designs. Unger holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
