Isabelle van Aarle

Isabelle van Aarle is an experienced professional in the tourism and recreation industry, currently serving as the Directeur/Eigenaar at Cosmo since November 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing mbo tourism and recreation training programs and founding the Cosmopolitisch jaar. Isabelle has held various leadership positions, including Directeur Business Development and Directeur at Cosmo Entertainment, where the focus was on commercial and operational organization, product development, and enhancing collaborations between mbo education and the tourism sector. Additionally, Isabelle is an Ambassador for Stichting Guruz, aiming to improve Dutch mbo education and assist businesses with employer branding. Previous roles include Entertainment Specialist at TUI Nederland and Cosmo Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Foundations of Management certificate from Nyenrode Business University and a bachelor’s degree in Commerciële Economie, alongside training in coaching and leisure hospitality.
