Jannik Noß has a diverse work experience. Jannik currently works at COSMO CONSULT as the Team Manager Lead Generation, where they oversee the lead management for the company's global sources. Jannik is also responsible for developing and improving the standardized lead process. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant to CCO at COSMO CONSULT, where they designed a lead process in the CRM system and managed the distribution of leads. Jannik has also worked at smarketing unplugged. as a Co-Founder & Podcast Host. In addition, Jannik has been a Microsoft Fast Forward Brand Ambassador at Microsoft and a Sales Intern at lizengo GmbH & Co. KG. Jannik has also held positions as a Tutor and Scientific Employee at Aachen University of Applied Sciences, as well as an Industriekaufmann at P+S international / Pickhardt + Siebert.

Jannik Noß has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2016 and 2020.
