Vincent Baroin

Vincent Baroin has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry. Vincent began their career in 1994 as Finance Director at TOTAL in Equatorial Guinea, where they were responsible for all financial matters and managed the digital transformation of the Finance department. In 1996, they moved to Nike as a Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for budget management and analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis. In 1998, they joined Oracle as a Consultant for Oracle Financials ERP systems implementation. In 1999, they moved to JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Financial Controller, where they managed all financial aspects of 3 legal entities. In 2003, they joined Interbrand as Managing Director France, where they led the turnaround of the French business and reviewed the new business approach to generate more profitable leads. Vincent also served as COO/CFO EMEA & LatAm for 11 offices in 10 countries. In 2019, they founded FOX Advisory. In 2020, they became a Partner - Non Exec at Time for the Planet, a non-profit charity raising €1 billion to create 100 companies that will fight against global warming. Finally, in 2021, they became Chief Financial Officer at Cosmo Tech.

Vincent Baroin attended Universit\u00e9 Paris Dauphine - PSL from 1988 to 1993 and then went on to study at Mines ParisTech, EHESS, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Dauphine PSL. No additional certifications were obtained.
