Karan Baweja

Karan Baweja began their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer at Wells Fargo. In 2014, they co-founded Spyn and then in 2018, they became a Product Lead at Wise in London. In 2020, they co-founded Cosmos Video, where they worked to solve questions related to reducing isolation in remote teams, building culture, keeping teams engaged, onboarding employees remotely, and asking quick questions without scheduling.

Karan Baweja completed a Master of Science in Management from the London Business School in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, graduating in 2010 with First Class honors.
