Jan Sikora

Jan Sikora has a diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and software engineering. Jan is currently working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Cosmose, Inc. where they are responsible for Python3, PSQL, Redis, Docker, K8s, data processing, data analysis, and Flask server REST API backend development for the Kaikai.ai mobile app. Prior to this, Jan worked at Google as a Software Engineer (SWE III) from January 2019 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Machine Learning Research Engineer at SO1.ai | Segment of One from April 2017 to August 2018. Jan also worked as a Data Scientist at Cloud Technologies S.A. from November 2015 to March 2017, where they worked with low-latency Real Time Bidding models using XGBoost, Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and various technologies such as Scala, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Python, PHP, Bash, Jenkins, Kibana, Matplotlib, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Jan Sikora completed their education at the University of Warsaw. Jan obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Informatyka, which they finished in an unspecified year prior to 2010. Later, they pursued a Magister (Mgr) degree in Matematyka, which they completed by 2011.
