Raymond Hagedoorn

Raymond Hagedoorn is a seasoned professional in cost engineering with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Consultant at Cleopatra Enterprise since January 1996, Raymond specializes in cost engineering challenges, performing needs analyses, high-level estimates, and budget preparations for marine transport and offshore installations. Additionally, Raymond teaches the "Cost Control" section of the "Essenties van Cost Engineering" course at Stichting DACE. Previous roles include Senior Cost Consultant for Shell from January 2019 to May 2025, and Estimator/Work Preparator at I.C. Vermeer. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cost Engineering from the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers and has furthered education at Rotterdam University and Save International, focusing on commercial techniques and value engineering.
