Becky started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Unilever, where they eventually rose to the position of European Brand Development Manager, responsible for the P&L, marketing, and category management of Pot Noodle and Knorr in the UK and Europe.

Becky Brock completed a Master's degree in Revenue Management at The Wharton School in 2023. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Royal Holloway, University of London, but no degree or field of study information was provided.
