Becky Craig

Becky Craig has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development, talent management, and people engagement. Becky is currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Development at Costa Coffee since 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Talent, Engagement and Development at Specsavers, where they worked from 2018 to 2022. Becky also had roles as the Director at Blu Lake from 2015 to 2019 and as a Facilitator at MANCROFT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED from 2015 to 2019. Throughout their career, they have held various positions at companies like Kingfisher plc, B&Q, TK Maxx, and Marks and Spencer, gaining expertise in business change, HR, and operations management.
