Cali Clarke

Cali Clarke has extensive experience in the coffee and hospitality industry, with a career at Costa Coffee spanning from November 2003 to the present. Currently serving as the Store Operations Manager for the Retail Franchise in the South Region, Cali has held various roles including Store Operations Coach for both Retail and Corporate Franchises and Partnership Support Manager for Proud To Serve. Notable achievements include being part of the launch team for Costa Coffee's first location in the United States and managing the opening of the first Drive Thru in the United Arab Emirates. Prior experience includes a position as Waitress/Restaurant Supervisor at Restaurant Des Amis from September 2001 to November 2003. Cali holds a Foundation degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Plymouth and several NVQ qualifications in hospitality and food service from City College Plymouth.
