Lauren Dent

Lauren Dent has extensive experience in people systems and management, currently serving as the People Systems Manager at Costa Coffee since August 2014. Previously held several roles at Costa Coffee including People Systems Team Leader and People Systems & Process Analyst. From October 2017 to September 2018, Lauren worked at Whitbread as the HR - Absence Process Lead focusing on Workday systems. Lauren's career began in the hospitality industry, where roles included Deputy Manager at Beefeater Restaurants and Premier Inn from December 2008 to August 2014, as well as Deputy Manager at Whitbread from May 2000 to December 2008.
