Harcharan Singh is an accomplished operations and production management professional with extensive experience spanning several industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Harvest/Post Harvest at Costa since September 2022, Harcharan has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies, including enhanced KPI targets in prepack operations and significant reductions in operational time and overtime. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Vesco Foods Pty Ltd and Production & Operations Manager at Miami Bakehouse, where strong leadership and organizational skills were demonstrated. Harcharan’s career began as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments, followed by various engineering and management positions, such as Quality Manager at Sensata Technologies and SLS Engineer at Aker Solutions. Harcharan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Malaya and has continually contributed to improving quality standards and operational performance throughout a diverse range of companies.
