Don Costante

Don Costante has a diverse work experience. Don started their career at Western Kentucky University as a Student from 1988 to 1992. Don then worked at NC State University as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions from 1996 to 1997. Following that, they joined The University of Memphis as the Director of Marketing and Promotions & Corporate Sales from 1997 to 1999. Don then moved to Spurs Sports & Entertainment, where they served as the Director of Game Operations and Promotions from 1999 to 2007. In 2007, they founded their own company, Costante Group, and assumed the role of President. Additionally, they took on a role at the Kansas City Royals as the Senior Director - Event Presentation, Production, and Special Events in 2008, where they worked until October 2021.

Don Costante obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Don has also acquired additional certifications in Digital Networking Strategies and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2021.
