Doug Whitmire

Doug Whitmire is an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in driving performance and building successful teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for CoStar Group's Business for Sale Division, which includes BizBuySell, Doug oversees a high-traffic marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of small businesses. Previously, as a Regional Sales Manager at Monster Worldwide, Doug revitalized the West / Northwest region by instilling a culture of sales discipline. Before that, as Vice President of Sales at LexisNexis - Lawyers.com, Doug transformed an underperforming Western region into a top-performing team, managing a 70-person sales team. Doug's career began at Dun & Bradstreet as a District Manager, where Doug demonstrated exceptional management skills early on. Doug holds an MBA in Marketing from San Francisco State University and a BA in Communications from the University of Washington.
