Rosemary Murphy

Rosemary Murphy is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Sales at CoStar Group since October 2019, Rosemary manages a team of Sales Account Executives for the New Jersey market, focusing on the commercial real estate community. Prior to this role, Rosemary held various positions at Bloomberg LP from 1996 to July 2018, including Global Head of DASH Enterprise Sales, where management of a global sales team focused on integrating information systems for sales and trading efficiency. Additional roles included Regional Director of Sales for Major Banks and Broker Dealers in North America, Team Leader, and Sales Representative, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and sales strategy development. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The College of New Jersey and further education from the University of Wollongong.
