Lusanda Kiti

Lusanda Kiti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2016, Lusanda worked as an Examination Assistant at the Department of Education in Grahamstown. In 2018, they served as a Subwarden at Rhodes University. From 2015 to 2018, Lusanda worked as a Waiter at Wharf Street Brew Pub. In 2019, they co-founded By Africa Events and held the role of Co-founder and Head of Promotions/Advertising and Sales. During the same year, they also worked as a VIP driver for the National Arts Festival, transporting esteemed guests and maintaining a high level of professionalism. In 2020, Lusanda gained startup experience as a Co-Founder of Makhanda mobile carwash, where they conducted market testing and analyzed marketing campaigns. They also served as a Human Resources Intern at Netcare Blaauwberg, focusing on employee performance review and aligning HR strategy with organizational goals. Most recently, Lusanda has taken on the role of Property Consultant at Harcourts Real Estate since 2021. In 2022, they will be joining CostCertified as Sales Business Development.

Lusanda Kiti's education history begins in 2012 when they attended Port Alfred High School and received their National Senior Certificate in an unspecified field of study. Lusanda then went on to attend Rhodes University from 2015 to 2018, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Theory and Organisational Psychology. In 2019, Lusanda attended Rhodes University again, this time obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Management with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Later in the same year, Lusanda obtained a Google Digital Marketing Certificate from Google Developers.
