Tom Jones

Tom Jones has extensive experience in the field of IT quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Quality Assurance at Costco Travel since October 2007, Tom has honed skills in developing test plans, test cases, and conducting various types of testing, including black box, white box, security, and performance testing. Prior to this role, Tom was a Senior Software Test Engineer at Costco Wholesale from March 1999 to October 2007, where responsibilities included providing QA metrics relevant to software releases. Tom's earlier roles included web development and operating AS400 systems, focusing on system monitoring, nightly backups, and troubleshooting.
