Howard Welte

Howard Welte has extensive experience in production management and quality assurance within the food industry. Since February 1993, Howard has held the position of Production Manager at both Costco Wholesale Inc. and Costco Wholesale Meats, where responsibilities have included oversight of production processes and packaging procurement. Prior to this, Howard served as a QA Lead at Butterball Turkey Co. from October 1983 to February 1993, and began a career in the US Army as a Military Police officer from July 1980 to July 1983. Howard completed studies at San Joaquin Delta College between 2006 and 2010.
