Suzi Ward

Suzi Ward, PMP, CSM, CPO, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex IT projects, particularly in data management and analytics modernization at Costco Wholesale since September 2015. Prior to this, Suzi held various project management roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities included managing strategic sales initiatives and overseeing technical deployments for products like Office Communicator and Microsoft Lync. Additional experience includes managing technical onboarding for healthcare solutions at OneHealthPort and leading significant projects for organizations such as Casey Family Programs and Pacific Science Center. Suzi's operational expertise is highlighted by a long tenure at Pacific Rim Import Corp, where Suzi directed operations and contributed to significant revenue growth. Suzi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
