Marco Serra has over 40 years of experience in the plastics industry, specifically in sales and production coordination. Currently serving as Senior Sales Manager at Costruzioni Meccaniche Luigi Bandera since September 2000, Marco specializes in international sales and customer service consultancy within the plastics extrusion sector, focusing on blown film and sheet extrusion, PVC compounding, synthetic fiber extrusion, and special projects. Prior to this role, Marco held positions as Production Coordinator at Ghioldi srl, Sales and Production Manager at Industrie Generali spa, and Technical Sales Engineer at Plastiprogram srl, gaining extensive knowledge in the complete plants for blown film, cast film, air bubble film, and plastic processing machinery.
