Rachel Stanford

Rachel Stanford has held various roles in the field of Human Resources, starting in 2002 as a Human Resources Advisor at National Defence of Canada. Rachel has subsequently worked in senior positions at the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, Canada Border Services Agency, and Transport Canada. In their most recent role, they served as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Cota. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in labor relations, staffing, policy compliance, and strategic HR management.

Rachel Stanford completed a Diploma in Social Services Worker - Gerontology from St. Lawrence College in 1990, and later obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from the University of Ottawa in 1994.
