Miglen Basha

Miglen Basha has an extensive culinary background, currently serving as Head Chef at COTE RESTAURANTS LIMITED and DARWIN & WALLACE LIMITED since January 2019 and December 2017, respectively. Additionally, Miglen holds the position of Kitchen Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since December 2016. Prior to these roles, Miglen gained valuable experience as Head Chef at Cote Restaurants from May 2011 to December 2016.
