Paul A. Ziska

Director of Claims Success at Coterie Insurance

Paul Ziska is currently the Director of Customer Advocacy at Coterie Insurance. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Ziska began their career in 1998 as a Marketing Representative for Modern Marketing Concepts. In this role, they generated new sales leads for Carrier, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

In 2005, Ziska transitioned to Crum & Forster where they became an Environmental and Construction Defect Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for investigating and resolving environmental and construction defect claims.

In 2012, Ziska joined The RiverStone Group as Vice President, Director, Insurance Operations Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing the insurance operations services team.

In 2021, Ziska joined Coterie Insurance as Director of Customer Advocacy. In this role, they are responsible for leading the customer advocacy team and working with customers to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

Paul Ziska has a LEAD Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Executive Education. Paul also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Penn State University. For their Bachelor of Arts - BA, they studied Government & Law at Lafayette College. Paul is also expected to get a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University and a Predictive Analytics/Statistics certificate from Northwestern University.
