Matthew Kantner has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and product development fields. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Digital Marketing Manager for Snowvation. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Product Development Assistant II, a Product Development Assistant, and an Omni-channel Buyer - Home for Macy's. In 2019, they joined Creative People as a Marketing Recruiting Manager, Principal Marketing Agent, Senior Marketing Agent, and Marketing Agent. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Embedded Recruiter for Our Place, Magic Spoon, and Wellory, and as an Embedded Marketing Recruiter for Seed Health, Coterie, and Calibrate. In 2022, they continued their work as an Embedded Marketing Recruiter for Alma.

Matthew Kantner completed their education with a degree in Marketing + Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware, focusing on Business. Prior to that, they attended Liberty High School.
