Emily Heckaman

Emily Heckaman is an experienced benefits leader with a robust background in designing and delivering comprehensive benefits and reward programs. Currently serving as Benefits Leader at Coterra Energy since February 2023, Emily previously held multiple leadership roles at Primoris Services Corporation from July 2015 to February 2023, including Director of Benefits, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end strategy execution and collaboration with various teams to optimize benefit programs. Prior roles at Primoris included Corporate HR Benefits Manager and Sr. Benefits Analyst, where significant achievements included the successful integration of benefit plans and implementation of a new benefits administration platform. Earlier experience at Baker Hughes spanned from May 2003 to July 2015, culminating in a Sr. Benefits Specialist role managing a large benefit administration system. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Houston Christian University.
