Phillip Levasseur

Phillip Levasseur has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety, currently serving as Regulatory Compliance Manager at Coterra Energy since its formation in October 2021, following a merger of Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation and Cimarex Energy, where Phillip was previously employed. Prior roles include Environmental Health & Safety Specialist and Water Program Coordinator at the Borough of Crafton from 2013 to December 2022, along with serving as Council Member, Council President, and Planning Commissioner. Additional experience includes being a Board Member for the World Affairs Council of South Texas and a Research Assistant at the Bureau of Economic Geology. Phillip holds a Master's degree in Energy and Earth Resources from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
