Cindy Grönberg Moldin is the current VP of Brand at Cotopaxi. Cindy has over 20 years of experience in brand management and product creation, particularly in the razor industry. Cindy has worked for Procter & Gamble since January 2009, where they are currently the Global Brand Director for Gillette. In this role, they develop and leads brand equity, corporate strategy, and product creation for the $3B razor brands: Fusion5, Mach3, and SkinGuard.

Cindy has had a successful career at Procter & Gamble, where they have driven growth and profits during an economic business decline. Cindy has developed and executed award-winning products, such as the Gillette Fusion5 which generated $100M in global sales. Cindy has also driven disruption in purchase behavior and brand marketing by restaging the largest Gillette base business portfolio and simplifying the brand portfolio architecture. In addition, they have identified white space market growth opportunities and generated 21 new product ideas, 11 of which were qualified as Top 5-10% selling ideas.

Cindy’s experience and successes have made their an invaluable asset to Procter & Gamble, and they are currently leading the way in Cotopaxi’s branding efforts.
