Damien Huang is a seasoned executive with a strong background in the outdoor and retail industry. With extensive experience at companies like Cotopaxi, SPARC Group LLC, Eddie Bauer, Patagonia, Inc, and The North Face, Damien has held various leadership roles such as CEO, President, SVP Design and Merchandising, VP Design and Merchandising, and Product Director. Damien holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and completed their undergraduate studies at Duke University.
