Steve Reed

Steve Reed has over 20 years of work experience in various IT and training roles. Steve started their career as an IT Administrator/Software Engineer at Lockheed-Martin IT, where they were responsible for maintaining a PC network and providing desktop support. Steve then worked as a Facilities Manager at MTC Technologies, overseeing the procurement and management of facilities and services. Steve also served as an Instructor at Spotsylvania County, where they taught adult students in the Plumbing and Electrical disciplines and developed a remedial Math program. Most recently, they worked as a Video TeleTraining Coordinator/Infrastructure Specialist at Computing Technologies, supporting distance training and education efforts.

Steve Reed attended the University of Mary Washington in 2005, where they pursued a degree in General Studies with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Germanna Community College from 2000 to 2001, studying General Studies with an emphasis on Applied Mathematics. In 1995, Steve enrolled in a Diploma Program in Computer Science at Strayer University, further specializing in Computer and Information Sciences.
