Robert McKinna

Robert McKinna is the founder of Inclus, an Inclusive Design Consultancy established in November 2022, focusing on creating accessible products for social minority groups. Currently serving as Head of Public Speaking at the G Team since July 2021, Robert specializes in personal development workshops for young people in the education sector. Additionally, Robert works as a Customer Advisor at Cotswold Outdoor and has experience creating a public speaking channel, ROB Talks, to inspire and educate others. Past roles include a freelance product designer on Fiverr, a product design intern at Unilever, and leadership positions within Enactus Loughborough. Robert holds a degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University and has also studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
