Daina Pruitt

Daina Pruitt has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Daina started their career at Direct Energy as an Associate Recruitment Consultant and worked there from September 2013 to October 2018. Daina then joined CenterPoint Energy as a Contract Recruiter, where they performed full-cycle recruitment activities for corporate and high volume hiring. At CenterPoint Energy, Daina drove recruiting strategies and processes aligned with business objectives and collaborated with key stakeholders to develop innovative recruitment plans. Daina worked at CenterPoint Energy from November 2018 to June 2021. Following that, Daina worked at Article as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2021 to July 2022. Daina then joined Dawn Foods Global as a Talent Acquisition Partner from June 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working at Cotton Holdings Inc. as a Recruiter, starting in May 2023.
