Jason Nichols has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef/Steward at Cottrell Contracting Corporation since June 2019. Additionally, Jason owns Gourmet by the "C," a high-end catering company established in May 1995. Previous roles include Chef positions at Inland Marine Service and Blue Moon Food, as well as a Meat Cutter at The Fresh Market. Jason held the role of Executive Chef/Production Manager at ARAMARK Higher Education, managing food production and safety for operations valued up to $8 million while overseeing a team of 10-75 employees. Jason's culinary career began with experience as Cook 2 at The Biltmore Company. Jason earned a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and completed specialized training as a Navy Mess Specialist.
