Shimei Fan

Shimei Fan, Ph. D is currently the Chief Scientific and Sustainability Officer at Coty. Prior to this role, Shimei held senior positions at Shiseido, Beiersdorf, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever, where they were responsible for global technology pipeline development and innovation delivery across various categories. With an extensive background in research and development, Shimei has led global teams in creating and delivering innovative products for major brands in the personal care industry. Shimei holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Southampton and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
