Lee Ann Adams

Lee Ann Adams is an experienced attorney specializing in business litigation and transactions. Currently, Lee Ann serves as an attorney in the Business Litigation and Transactions Practice Group at Council Baradel since November 2016 and has been an associate attorney in the Business Litigation Practice Group at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston since July 2014. Prior experience includes roles as an associate attorney and law clerk at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin from June 2011 to July 2014, and an Asper Fellow at the Maryland Court of Appeals from January to May 2011. Lee Ann also completed a law clerk position at the Philadelphia Municipal Court during the summer of 2010. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Maryland, along with high school education at the Academy of the Holy Cross.
