Sulaiman Alhassan

Sulaiman Alhassan is a Research Assistant at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) involved in new product development, shelf-life enhancement, value addition to food products, crops postharvest management, proximate analysis, and literature review. Prior to this, Sulaiman was a Research and Development Specialist at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Food Processing Unit where Sulaiman focused on developing new fortified recipes, providing yoghurt-making training, and producing pineapple juice. Sulaiman holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
