Natacha Rouam

Natacha Rouam is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in European Union law, currently serving at the Council of the European Union since November 2019, providing legal advice for the Secretariat General and representing the Council before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) with a focus on transport. Prior to this role, Natacha worked as a legal secretary in the chambers of judges at the CJEU from December 2015 to October 2019 and held previous legal advisory positions within the Council of the European Union and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Natacha's academic background includes a Master of Laws in European law from the College of Europe and a professional master's degree in European litigation from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
