Alma Bedwell

Alma joined CADA in 2013 to lead the agency’s HR activities. A 30-year human resources veteran, she holds a professional certificate in HR management from UCSB which she received after attending Santa Barbara City College. Before entering the nonprofit world, she was part of the HR teams at several local businesses, including Applied Magnetics and Raytheon. Prior to joining CADA, she was in HR at the Tri-Counties Regional Center.
