Amanda J. Acevedo is a Program Assistant at the Council on Criminal Justice since August 2022. Previously, Amanda J. worked as a Policy and Research Intern at the University of Florida where Amanda J. conducted an experiment on political media exposures and political tolerance, receiving the Highest Honors Designation for their Honors Independent Research Project. Amanda also held positions at UF RecSports and various internships at organizations like the Alachua County Democrats, Miami Waterkeeper, and the Criminal Justice Center of the Eighth Judicial Circuit. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy at Georgetown University starting in August 2023.
