Ben Maddox

Ben Maddox is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel for Carrier Strike Group Ten and as a member of the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps since 2014. Maddox has extensive experience in operational law, having held roles such as Deputy Counsel for the U.S. Pacific Fleet and Naval District Washington, and has contributed to significant projects aimed at improving the culture and efficacy of the Navy JAG Corps. In addition, Maddox is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has an impressive educational background, including a Master of Laws in International and National Security Law from the University of Virginia School of Law. Previous experiences encompass founding an educational consulting firm and teaching special education.
