Charles Hopkins

Director, Teaching and Learning at Council on Foreign Relations

Charles Hopkins is the Director of Teaching and Learning at the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior to this, they were a history teacher at Friends Seminary, Choate Rosemary Hall, and King's Academy.
