Liz Lowe currently serves as a Program Coordinator for Washington Meetings at the Council on Foreign Relations since March 2024. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgetown Center on Poverty & Inequality, focusing on data collection inequities in the U.S. and participated as a Verstandig Fellow at The Aspen Institute, assisting with the planning and facilitation of the annual Aspen Ministers Forum Conference. Liz also contributed to Habitat for Humanity International as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where important data management played a role in project development. Experience includes an internship with the International Rescue Committee, engaging in citizenship education, and a position at The Carter Center supporting human rights and democracy initiatives in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Liz is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, building on a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia State University.
