Jennifer Hesser

Jennifer Hesser has a diverse work experience in the observation deck industry. Jennifer currently works as the Assistant General Manager at 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager at One Liberty Observation Deck, where they led the overall management and operations of the site. Jennifer also worked as the Assistant General Manager at Montparnasse 56 Philadelphia, LLC, where they spearheaded turnaround operations and assumed general manager responsibilities. Jennifer has extensive experience in overseeing operations, managing teams, and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences. Additionally, Jennifer held positions at 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck as the Director of Operations, where they managed a large team and developed strategic plans for revenue growth, and as the Operations Manager, where they played an integral role in the acquisition transition. Jennifer has also worked as the Reservations Manager & Corporate Concierge at The Signature Room at the 95th and as Operations Manager and Front Office Manager at Crystal Springs Resort. Jennifer's expertise lies in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Jennifer Hesser obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Asian Studies from Muhlenberg College. In 2011, they also received the National Concierge Association Certification from the National Concierge Association. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained the China Ready Accreditation from LanMei - Get China ready.
