Péter Szász

Péter Szász has extensive work experience in the engineering and consultancy industry. Péter is the Founder and CEO of formlabor ZT GmbH, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Leader Austria at the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat - CTBUH from October 2019.

From April 2022 to April 2023, Péter was the Geschäftsführer - Managing Director at KS Ingenieure ZT GmbH. Before that, they worked as the Geschäftsleiter - General Manager at the same company from June 2018 to April 2022. Prior to their managerial roles, Péter was a Project Leader Structural Engineer at the company from May 2011 to June 2018.

Before joining KS Ingenieure ZT GmbH, Péter worked as a Structural Engineer at E&H Design and Consultancy from July 2006 to May 2011. Péter began their career as a Contract Manager assistant at Keviép Kft in September 2005, where they stayed until July 2006.

Péter Szász completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they attended from 2001 to 2006. In 2003, they also briefly studied Geology/Earth Science at The University of Göttingen. Furthermore, Péter obtained additional certifications, including being an ÖGNI Registered Professional from ÖGNI - Austrian Sustainable Building Council, achieved in June 2023. Péter also holds a certification as an Ingenieurkonsulent für Bauingenieurwesen from the Kammer der ZiviltechnikerInnen für Wien, Niederösterreich und Burgenland, obtained in March 2022.
