Tom Babbitt

Tom Babbitt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom started their career in 2008 as an Associate Director at The Salvation Army, where they managed programming for youth, music, sports, and after-school activities. Tom then worked as an Assistant Director at YMCA Camp Benson, assisting in managing staff and developing programming. From 2013 to 2016, Tom held various roles at the Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois, including Director of Member Support and Director of Volunteer Management. In these positions, they led teams, managed projects and initiatives, and implemented Salesforce best practices.
