Aaron Bailey has over 13 years of experience in engineering roles. Aaron began their career in 2005 as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at NanoDynamics, Inc., where they worked towards the release of the company's first commercial product. In 2006, they became a Test Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems and was trained in Six Sigma as well as Shainin Red-X and Green-Y methodologies. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Alstom Transport as a Standards Engineer and Electromechanical Engineer. In 2015, they became a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Harris Corporation. In 2017, they co-founded The ArcRest, Inc. and served as President, where they were responsible for web design and product development. In 2018, they joined Council Rock: Smart Private Networks as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Aaron Bailey attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Baker High School in Baker City, Oregon from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Diploma.
