Jamie Epstein

Jamie Epstein is currently the Managing Editor at the NYU GPH Journal of Public Health Disasters since February 2024 and serves as an Associate Editor at Countable since January 2022. Previously, Jamie held the position of Creative Communications and Outreach Intern at The Human Impacts Institute, focusing on outreach campaigns and social media marketing strategies. Experience also includes a role as a Social Media Intern at the Climate Cost Project, facilitating online discussions and managing social media platforms. Earlier internships included support for certified Building Inspectors at Forensic Analytical Consulting Services Inc. and involvement in community energy discussions at the Sierra Club. Jamie holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Public Health Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Public Health, both from New York University.
