Joe Rice

Joe Rice has extensive experience in risk and compliance management, currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance at Country Court since August 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and the management of the maintenance arm of the estates department, alongside acting as the Data Protection Officer. Previous roles include Group Risk & Compliance Manager at Country Court Care Group, where Joe managed health and safety audits, and Director at JR Fire Safety Limited, focusing on fire safety training and assessments. Earlier experience also includes positions as UK Sales Manager and Project Manager at PDP Security Ltd. Education was completed at Prince William School from 1999 to 2001.
